1. Information We Collect
We collect information provided directly by clinic administrators, veterinarians, and authorized staff members. This includes practice contact information (name, clinic address, professional email, phone number), staff credentials, and veterinary medical records entered into the application (patient names, species, breed, medical histories, vaccination status, and client contact information).
2. Clinical Data Ownership & Usage
All patient medical records, diagnostic observations, and client records entered into the platform remain the sole and exclusive property of the practicing veterinary clinic. We do not sell, rent, or monetize patient or client records under any circumstances.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Clinical Data Processing
When utilizing AI-assisted features (such as differential diagnosis, radiograph analysis, or voice dictation), clinical queries are processed securely through encrypted neural endpoints. Patient records submitted for inference are processed ephemeral-only and are not utilized to train public artificial intelligence models without explicit institutional consent.
4. Data Security & Storage
Enterprise-grade technical safeguards including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 database encryption at rest, secure MongoDB connection pooling, and multi-factor authentication protocols are employed. Regular automated backups are maintained to prevent data loss.
5. Access Control & Staff Permissions
Our software provides granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Practice managers maintain complete control over which staff members can view, create, edit, or delete patient records, billing histories, and administrative configuration parameters.
6. Contacting Our Data Protection Team
If you have questions regarding your clinic's data rights or wish to request data export or deletion, please contact our data privacy officer at contact@axtronizvet.com.
