By accessing the portal, website, or associated APIs, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of a veterinary medical practice, clinic, or hospital, and agree to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and veterinary medical regulations.
2. Clinical Co-Pilot Disclaimer & Professional Discretion
The clinical decision support tools powered by artificial intelligence provide advisory information only. The licensed veterinary practitioner maintains complete and final legal responsibility for patient diagnosis, treatment plans, pharmaceutical prescriptions, and surgical interventions.
3. Account Security & Authorized Access
Each staff member must utilize their own unique credentials. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Clinic administrators are responsible for revoking credentials of departing staff members and ensuring passwords conform to secure complexity requirements.
4. Service Availability & Scheduled Maintenance
We strive to deliver 99.9% application uptime for clinical operations. Routine maintenance is scheduled during low-volume off-peak hours with prior electronic notification. We maintain disaster recovery mechanisms to ensure continuous access to emergency patient records.
5. Subscription, Billing & Termination
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, your clinic retains the right to export all historical patient records and client databases.
